About the role
This is a full-time, office-based role as a Brand Marketing Specialist (Food) with Oleo-Fats Inc. (OFI) in Bagumbayan, Quezon City, Metro Manila. As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective brand strategies to drive growth and awareness for OFI's range of food products.
What you'll be doing- Conduct market research to understand consumer trends and preferences within the food industry
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels to effectively promote OFI's food brands
- Manage the creation of high-quality branded content, including social media, digital advertising, and marketing collateral
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure brand messaging and positioning are aligned
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, making data-driven optimisations to improve results
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends to identify new opportunities for brand growth
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in brand management or marketing within the food industry
- Strong understanding of the local food market and consumer behaviour
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling brand stories
- Proficient in using digital marketing tools and analytics to measure and optimise campaign performance
- Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for building successful brands
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take initiative on projects
