Brand Marketing Communications Supervisor

JOB OVERVIEW:
The role supports the Senior Brand & Marketing Manager in planning and executing integrated brand communications that strengthen brand awareness, engagement, and premium positioning. The role leads the day-to-day management of public relations, digital marketing, performance marketing, influencer/KOL management, partnerships, content development, graphic design, and visual merchandising, while collaborating with Brand Marketing, CRM, Commercial and other cross-functional teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns and ensure consistent brand experiences across all consumer touchpoints.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in marketing communications, PR, digital marketing, or brand communications.
- Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels, including paid digital media and performance marketing initiatives.
- Experience managing agencies, media, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong project management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience in premium/luxury, retail, or FMCG brands is an advantage.
