Head of Brand Marketing / Brand Manager (Hybrid, Makati)

Develop and execute the passenger marketing and brand strategy.
- Own the annual marketing roadmap aligned to business priorities and cultural moments.
- Drive awareness, consideration, trial, repeat bookings, and customer retention.
- Lead integrated campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, social, influencer, and experiential channels.
- Manage marketing budgets and optimize channel investments to maximize ROI.
- Build and manage strategic partnerships that drive visibility and customer growth.
- Oversee social media, community-building, and advocacy initiatives.
- Monitor brand health, campaign performance, consumer insights, and growth opportunities.
- Partner closely with Product, CRM, Performance Marketing, Operations, and Commercial teams.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
- Proven experience managing brands end-to-end from strategy and operations through execution.
- Strong background in annual planning, brand strategy, and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and media investments.
- Ability to translate consumer insights into commercial and brand outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership capability.
- Previous people management experience highly preferred.
- Commercially minded, data-driven, and comfortable in fast-paced environments.
