The Brand Marketing Specialist supports the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives that strengthen brand presence, increase customer engagement, and contribute to business growth. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing campaigns, promotions, events, and brand activities are delivered effectively and aligned with business objectives.

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives.
• Coordinate marketing projects, product launches, events, and in-store activations.
• Ensure brand consistency across marketing materials and retail locations.
• Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, suppliers, media, and other partners.
• Conduct market research and monitor campaign performance to support marketing strategies.
• Assist with social media, content creation, and other digital marketing activities.
• Coordinate marketing budgets, procurement, payment processing, and project documentation.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other marketing materials.
• Perform other duties as assigned in support of the marketing team.

• At least 1 year of experience in marketing, brand management, or a related role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing tools.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Creative, proactive, and eager to stay updated on market trends and consumer insights.
