Job Title: Business Development Specialist
About this RoleThis role prospects new business opportunities, executes sales KPIs, and ensures proper merchandising and promotional execution. It manages outlet administration, coordinates with internal teams, and trains partners on maintaining brand standards.
The representative also handles order taking, inventory checks, and ensures timely delivery through effective synching processes.
Duties and ResponsibilitiesConquer: Prospect potential outlets and identify new business opportunities.
Negotiation: Secure and follow up on contracts, trade terms, and promotional agreements.
Development: Execute KPIs, expand categories, and ensure price and availability compliance.
Administration: Manage work orders, update outlet details, and maintain data records.
Management: Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams and support functions.
Merchandise: Deploy materials, execute promotions, and train outlet owners on PICOS standards.
Sell: Monitor inventory, drive sell‑in per SKU, and implement price promotions.
Order Taking: Process outlet orders, synchronize for delivery, and handle authorized returns.
Delivery & Collection: Ensure on‑time delivery, safeguard products, and manage payment collections.
Work Schedule
Days: Monday to Saturday
Time: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PMQualifications & Competencies Needed: Degree in Business, Accountancy, Marketing, Administration, or related field
Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in sales, marketing, merchandising, or related areasKnowledge in familiarity with trade channels, market segments, selling & delivery practices
Strong selling, listening, and negotiation abilities
Excellent communication & presentation skills
Analytical and problem-solving capability
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Time management excellence
Holder of Professional or Non-Professional Driver's License with Restriction Code of 12/AB
