The HR Coordinator (Roving) supports HR operations across multiple branches/units of the cooperative. This role requires mobility to conduct recruitment, compliance checks, workplace investigations, and employee engagement activities in different sites.A motorcycle is preferred to ensure efficient travel and timely HR support.
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 1 years of HR or administrative experience (cooperative/organizational setting preferred).
Knowledge of labor laws, cooperative policies, and compliance standards.
Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and HR systems; familiarity with audit‑ready reporting.
Willingness to travel to different branches/sites.
Motorcycle ownership or ability to drive a motorcycle is preferred.
