The HR Coordinator (Roving) supports HR operations across multiple branches/units of the cooperative. This role requires mobility to conduct recruitment, compliance checks, workplace investigations, and employee engagement activities in different sites.

A motorcycle is preferred to ensure efficient travel and timely HR support.

Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.

At least 1 years of HR or administrative experience (cooperative/organizational setting preferred).

Knowledge of labor laws, cooperative policies, and compliance standards.

Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel and HR systems; familiarity with audit‑ready reporting.

Willingness to travel to different branches/sites.

Motorcycle ownership or ability to drive a motorcycle is preferred.
