The Business Development Officer identifies growth opportunities, develops client relationships, and supports revenue generation to achieve the company’s commercial objectives.
Key Duties and Responsibilities- Proactively research and identify prospective clients within the target market
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to engage potential clients
- Conduct client needs assessments and propose tailored solutions
- Negotiate contract terms and close new business deals
- Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to make sure new client projects are completed successfully
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Prepare proposals and sales reports
- Employment Type: Full time
- Regular Working Schedule: Mondays–Fridays, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Additional Schedule: Last Saturday of each month, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Benefits: SSS, PhilHealth, Pag IBIG, 13th Month Pay, Mandated leave benefits, Allowances, Commission and Incentives on top of base pay
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications and Experience- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is an advantage
- Fesh graduates are welcome to apply
- Proficient in MS applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Having a valid driver’s license is a plus
- Demonstrate a profound understanding of sales processes and dynamics.
- Results driven, proactive and target oriented
- Exhibit a dedicated commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Showcase excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Display exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills fostering quick rapport with both customers and suppliers.
- Adaptability to work seamlessly in a fast-paced environment.
