About the Role
We are seeking an HR & Administrative Executive with at least 3 years of relevant experience to provide reliable office and administrative support. This role involves document control, meeting and event coordination, and management of office resources to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and update records, documents, and reports in compliance with company procedures
- Act as custodian of incoming and outgoing documents, ensuring proper filing and documentation
- Track submittals that require timely response or action
- Coordinate and arrange meetings, events, and office gatherings (onsite and offsite)
- Manage office supplies, pantry services, IT accessories requests, and fixed asset disposal
- Provide secretarial and coordination support to managers and departments
- Support implementation of quality processes and contribute to improvements when needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in administration, HR support, office coordination, or executive secretary roles
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Experience in event/meeting coordination preferred
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible, resourceful, and able to maintain confidentiality
