HUMAN RESOURCES AND ADMINISTRATION MANAGER
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the company hiring, contract, and onboarding processes, including generating contracts, recommendations on remunerations and benefits based on competitive market rates and minimum government standards, ensuring the accuracy of contracts before obtaining required approvals, preparation of formal Job Offer and clear cascading of the Society’s policies through the New Employee Orientation program for hired employees.
- Review and recommend updating the Society’s Employee Handbook and Code of Conduct.
- Analyze statistical reports concerning HR-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, & absenteeism rates.
- Standardize file on the Society’s Employee Masterfile, Organizational Chart, and Sub-Charts, as well as each of the organization’s job positions including Job Descriptions, and respective Salary Range and Grades.
- Plan and organize specific HR activities (recruitment, orientation, time & attendance processing, performance appraisal, movement, employee relations, separation clearances).
- Facilitate an accurate & timely management of performance appraisal & guide in employee coaching & movement.
- Manage timely & accurate submission of payroll timekeeping reports, mandatory government remittances, and exit clearances of separated employees.
- Draft and interpret different legal documents related to HR such as agreements, contracts, and other office issuance/memorandum, Notice to Explain, Disciplinary Action Memorandum, Exit Interview analysis, and Attrition Report prior to sending to the Legal Department for finalization.
- Handle Disciplinary, grievance concerns, and Administrative hearings, as well as labor disputes, if any.
- Plan and organize employee engagement and teambuilding activities.
- With an understanding of IT-related matters.
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties assigned by the General Manager and the Board of Trustees.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Human Resources Management, Business Admin/Management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- At least 5-7 years of work experience in the HR field, including a strong background in employee remuneration analysis and recommendation.
- With substantial experience in all facets of Human Resources such as recruitment and training, labor relations, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and wage and salary administration; a background in Labor Law is an advantage
