Senior HR Generalist (HR Business Partner)

Job Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of HR Generalist experience with exposure to all facets of HR, including Recruitment, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Training & Development, and HR Operations
• Proven experience working closely with senior management and executives; experience as a 2IC to an HR Manager/HR Head is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, HR policies, and HR best practices
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills
• Highly resilient, adaptable, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in consulting, professional services, or project-based environments is an advantage
• Hybrid Set-up
• Monday to Friday, Day Shift

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition activities
• Support key HR functions including Employee Relations, Performance Management, Learning & Development, and HR Operations
• Partner with managers and executives to provide HR guidance and workforce solutions
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices
• Facilitate employee engagement, training, performance reviews, and culture-building initiatives
• Maintain HR records, reports, and employee documentation with accuracy and confidentiality
• Support HR leadership in implementing strategic HR and organizational development programs
