HR Business Partner, Manager

We are looking for a strategic and data-driven HR Business Partner with strong BPO industry experience to support business leaders in driving employee engagement, retention, and organizational performance.
The ideal candidate has solid experience partnering with Operations leaders, analyzing workforce metrics, and implementing initiatives that address attrition and improve employee experience. This role requires strong business acumen, stakeholder management, and advanced Excel skills to generate insights and support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Up to 10 years of HR experience, with significant experience as an HR Business Partner in the BPO/Contact Center industry
- Proven experience in attrition management, employee engagement, and workforce planning
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, dashboards, and reporting)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience partnering with senior leaders to drive people strategies and business outcomes
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted HR advisor to business and operations leaders
- Analyze workforce data and provide actionable recommendations
- Develop and implement retention and engagement initiatives
- Support talent management, performance management, and organizational effectiveness programs
- Drive HR projects and people strategies aligned with business objectives
