HR Business Partner Manager
Role Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders and support the alignment of people strategies with organizational goals.
This role is responsible for driving workforce planning, talent management, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, change management, and HR advisory initiatives. The successful candidate will partner closely with business stakeholders to support performance, capability-building, and sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
The HR Business Partner will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on HR-related matters, ensuring that people strategies, initiatives, and programs are aligned with business priorities. The role includes supporting organizational design, workforce planning, and people-related decision-making to help improve business performance and operational effectiveness.
The position will contribute to talent management by partnering with recruitment teams on hiring strategies, supporting performance management processes, and driving succession planning and high-potential employee development. The HR Business Partner will also support employee and organizational development initiatives, including learning programs, engagement activities, culture-building efforts, and leadership capability development.
The role also involves leading and supporting change management initiatives, including organizational transitions, HR policy rollouts, process improvements, and system implementations. The HR Business Partner will help ensure smooth adoption of HR programs while reinforcing culture alignment and employee communication.
In addition, the HR Business Partner will serve as an escalation point for complex employee relations matters, providing guidance on conflict resolution, disciplinary concerns, and fair application of HR policies. The role requires strong judgment, confidentiality, and consistency in handling sensitive people issues.
The successful candidate will also analyze HR metrics and workforce data to generate insights for business leaders. This includes monitoring turnover, engagement, workforce trends, and other people indicators to recommend data-driven HR solutions.The role will also help ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, regulatory requirements, and internal HR policies.
Qualifications & Experience
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA, postgraduate degree, or relevant professional certification such as SHRM-CP/SCP, CHRP, or equivalent is an advantage.
Candidates should have proven experience in HR Business Partnering or strategic HR roles, with strong knowledge of talent management, organizational development, employee relations, workforce planning, and HR policy implementation. Experience supporting business leaders in a fast-paced or evolving environment is highly valuable.
The role requires excellent stakeholder management, influencing, communication, and problem-solving skills. Strong analytical ability and business acumen are essential, particularly in interpreting HR data and translating workforce insights into practical recommendations.Familiarity with HRIS platforms and HR analytics tools is also an advantage.
