Purpose of the Role

As a HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to the assigned business units and their respective leaders on human resources-related topics. As a trusted advisor, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to drive people and culture strategies that align with the company's overall objectives.

By leveraging data, you will provide critical insights to assist in decision making and anticipate trends that will influence our people strategy. Your role is key in promoting a positive employee experience and fostering a high-performance culture within the organization.

Responsibilities of the Role

Strategic Partnership
  • Build strong relationships with business leaders and collaborate on people-related initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.
Strategic Workforce Planning
  • Support the business’ restructuring, transformation and capability goals for a future fit workforce
Employee Relations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, providing guidance and support to managers and employees. Resolve employee complaints, disputes, and conflicts jointly with HR Governance and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Talent Management
  • Partner with business leaders to identify talent needs and facilitate Strategic Workforce Planning discussion leading to action planning to close workforce gap. Support the recruitment and selection process in talent acquisition. Collaborate with managers to develop employees, facilitate career development, and enable succession planning.
Performance Management
  • Collaborate with business leaders to implement effective performance management processes and tools. Provide guidance and coaching to managers on performance management best practices, target setting, and performance reviews. Ensure performance issues are addressed promptly and appropriately.
Change Management
  • Support organizational change initiatives. Assist in managing employee transitions, communicating changes, and ensuring successful implementation of new processes or systems.
HR Compliance
  • Keep HR policies, procedures updated, and ensure employees are compliant with company and legal regulations . Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including policy interpretation.
Employee Engagement
  • Collaborate with business leaders to foster a positive and engaged workforce. Use engagement data to develop and implement initiatives jointly with business leaders to enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and overall employee experience.
Requirements for the Role
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience, preferably in a multinational company. Experience in the insurance industry is an advantage.
  • Proven ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders and influence business leaders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making skills and highly collaborative.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, and Success Factors or Workday.
  • Experience with AI-driven adaptive learning technologies and data analysis for personalized training.
  • Proficiency in using AI tools for content recommendation, automated assessment, and feedback.
