• Manage marketing campaigns across email, social media, and digital ads.
• Monitor campaign budgets and performance.
• Analyze and report on key metrics.
• Work with media and advertising partners.
• Keep updated on industry trends and tools.
• Develop and execute creative growth strategies.
• Organize digital activities such as contests, giveaways, and promotions.

• Degree in Business, Marketing, or Finance.
• Proven experience in Business Development or Marketing.
• Leadership experience in sales or marketing teams.
• Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
