About the Role:

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to join our Manila-based service team supporting a global wellness brand. This hybrid administrative/project coordination role is suited for highly organized professionals who can balance order management for international accounts with marketing and document routing support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage key account orders (distributors, international clients, private labels)
  • Coordinate the end-to-end label production lifecycle: creation, routing, approvals, and print readiness
  • Support marketing project workflows using SharePoint, Mindjet, InMotion, or similar tools
  • Respond to inquiries via email, phone, chat, and social media platforms
  • Maintain customer account accuracy in CRM systems
  • Run and distribute regular reports (activity, inventory, logistics)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, graphics, logistics)
  • Ensure document control compliance and archival of marketing materials
  • Participate in performance improvement and product training programs

Qualifications:

  • College degree or equivalent experience in project coordination or customer service
  • Background in document routing, label/content review, or project lifecycles is a big plus
  • Strong understanding of customer communication and data handling
  • Comfortable navigating tools like Excel, D365, InMotion, and SharePoint
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication
