Description- Manage sub-contractors throughout the country
- Manage and meet aggressive timelines
- Development relationships, meet work requirements, negotiate terms
- Night-shift position with heavy outbound calling
- Salary: Php 30,000/month + 10% night differential
- Paid Medical Benefits: HMO +2 covered dependents

- 22 Paid Days Off Per Yr (Holidays/Vacation/Sick)
- Excellent communication skills with very neutral American accent
- 5+ yrs experience managing others, building relationships, meeting deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- High Speed Internet: 25+ mbps that can be wired to computer itself
- Newer Computer w/ Good Specs: Windows 11+, Newer Processor, 16GB RAM, SSD
- Accessories: Noise-cancelling headset, web cam, external mouse
- Workspace: Private room, functional and distraction-free
- Long term home-based position with all law benefits
