Job Description

Position to be filled: MANDARIN SPEAKING CLIENT SERVICE COORDINATOR

• Provide assistance to clients in person, on email, or telephonically
• Screen feedback and requests form clients and liaise with relevant departments within the organization to provide solutions.
• Build and maintain close relationship with clients.
• Schedule meetings or telephone conferences between clients and management.
• Liaise with in-house teams to adjust service offerings and assess related cost.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication to interact with clients, internal teams, and address inquiries clearlyand concisely.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify client issues, analyze situations, and find effective solutions to resolve concerns.
• Organizational Skills: Efficiently manage muitiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy
• Customer Service Experience: Proven track record in a customer service role, demonstrating strong client relationship management. .
• Attention to Detail: Ability to meticulously review information and ensure accuracy in all client interactions.
• Computer literate, Can speak and write fluently in Chinese (Mandarin).
