We are seeking a proactive Company Nurse & HMO Coordinator to champion the health, wellness, and safety of our workforce. In this role, you won't just provide medical care—you will also be the key bridge in managing our employee healthcare benefits and HMO programs.

• Emergency & Primary Care: Provide immediate nursing care, first aid, and emergency medical assistance to employees on-site.
• HMO & Benefits Administration: Serve as the primary coordinator for employee health plans, insurance, dental programs, and HMO inquiries.
• Claims & Case Management: Efficiently coordinate, track, and process medical claims while handling urgent medical cases with utmost care and confidentiality.
• Wellness Programs: Plan and organize Annual Physical Examinations (APE), routine check-ups, and company-wide health and wellness initiatives.
• Medical Recordkeeping: Maintain highly accurate, updated, and organized electronic and physical medical records in compliance with data privacy standards.
• Safety Compliance: Assist the safety team in implementing health standards and occupational safety protocols.

• License: Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with an active PRC card.
• Certification: Must possess a valid Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) Training Certificate for Occupational Nurses.
• Experience: At least 6 months - 2 years of experience as a Company Nurse or in clinical nursing. Prior experience handling HMO coordination, health insurance claims, or corporate wellness is highly preferred.
• Skills: Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) for medical recordkeeping.
• Work Type: Full-time, on-site.
