The Company Nurse is responsible for providing basic medical care to employees, promoting workplace health and safety, maintaining medical records, and ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. The role supports a safe and healthy working environment within the steel manufacturing plant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first aid and emergency medical treatment to employees.
• Assess and attend to employees' health concerns and illnesses.
• Maintain employee medical records and clinic documentation.
• Monitor and replenish medicines, medical supplies, and first aid kits.
• Coordinate Annual Physical Examinations (APE), pre-employment medical examinations, and vaccination programs.
• Assist in the investigation and documentation of work-related accidents and illnesses.
• Coordinate with company physician, hospitals, HMO providers, and government agencies as needed.
• Conduct health awareness and wellness programs for employees.
• Ensure compliance with DOLE Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) requirements and company health policies.
• Perform other duties related to employee health and safety as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid PRC License.
• Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) certified.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Company Nurse or in a manufacturing/industrial environment is preferred.
• Knowledgeable in occupational health, first aid, emergency response, and DOLE OSH Standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Good communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and respond effectively to emergencies.
