Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Company Nurse located in Parañaque. The Company Nurse will be responsible for providing basic healthcare services to employees, administering first aid, maintaining employee health records, and assisting in health and safety assessments.The role also includes promoting employee wellness programs and conducting health education sessions.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Company Nurse- Provide first aid and emergency care to employees in case of accidents or medical emergencies at the workplace.
- Educate employees on health-related topics, workplace safety, and wellness practices to promote a healthier work environment.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all employee health assessments, treatments, and incidents.
- Recommends medications to employees when necessary and monitors their effects.
- Manage workplace injuries, including providing treatment, supporting rehabilitation, and coordinating with healthcare providers.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, workplace policies, and occupational health standards.
- Provide training on health and safety topics.
- Regularly review workplace conditions as well as the health policies and procedures.
- Assists the OSH officer in compliance with DOLE requirements.
Minimum Qualifications / License / Certification:
- Registered nurse with an active PRC license
- Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH)
