Company Nurse (Registered Nurse) | Night Shift | Pasay City
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Night Shift)
Job Summary
We are looking for a licensed Company Nurse to join our team and provide quality healthcare services to employees in the workplace. The Company Nurse will be responsible for promoting employee wellness, administering first aid and basic medical care, maintaining employee health records, and supporting occupational health and safety initiatives.
Please note that this is a full-time onsite position on a permanent night shift (8:00 PM–5:00 AM, Monday to Friday) based in Pasay City.
Key Responsibilities- Provide first aid, emergency care, and basic medical treatment to employees.
- Conduct routine health assessments and medical monitoring.
- Administer prescribed medications and coordinate vaccination programs when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee medical records.
- Promote employee health through wellness and safety programs.
- Support occupational health and safety compliance.
- Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers for referrals and medical emergencies.
- Assist in workplace injury documentation, monitoring, and return-to-work programs.
- Participate in company health campaigns and wellness initiatives.
- Registered Nurse with a valid PRC License.
- Experience as a Company Nurse or in Occupational Health is an advantage.
- Knowledge of first aid, emergency response, and workplace health programs.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Able to maintain strict confidentiality of employee medical records.
- Willing to work onsite in Pasay City.
- Willing to work a permanent night shift (8:00 PM–5:00 AM, Monday to Friday).
