Field Collections Jr. Officer

• Payment Collection: Engage with account holders to arrange and collect overdue payments in a professional and customer-centric manner.
• Vehicle Recovery: Locate, coordinate, and recover vehicles tied to delinquent accounts, ensuring all recovery activities are conducted safely and legally.
• Customer Communication: Deliver demand letters and communicate with account holders to discuss repayment options and account resolutions.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of collections activities, including payments collected, recovery processes, and customer interactions.
• Coordination: Collaborate with repossession agents, legal teams, and internal departments to facilitate efficient account resolutions.
• Compliance: Ensure all collection and recovery activities align with legal regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any business-related course.

• At least 2-3 years of experience in collections in banking and finance industry.
• Extensive experience in high-volume collections.
• Experience working in or with collection agencies is an advantage.
• Proficiency in credit analysis is a strong advantage.
• In-depth knowledge of the legal processes involved in collections.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Proven negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
