Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Collections Risk Officer (Secured) to support risk management initiatives across secured and SME loan portfolios. This mid-management role (Assistant Manager to Senior Manager level) focuses on analyzing credit risk, enhancing collections reporting, and driving data-backed insights to improve portfolio performance.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze credit risk across secured and SME loan portfolios
- Develop and enhance collections reporting and analytics frameworks
- Monitor portfolio performance, including delinquency trends and risk indicators
- Generate insights and recommendations to improve collections strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen risk mitigation efforts
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of reports and dashboards
- Present findings and insights to stakeholders and management
- At least 3 years of experience in Risk Management, preferably within the banking or financial services industry
- Strong background in Collections Analytics
- Proficiency in R, Python, or SAS
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Good oral, written, and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
