About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Planning, Warehouse & Logistics Manager to oversee production planning, inventory management, warehousing, and logistics operations. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of materials and finished goods while maintaining optimal inventory levels and supporting business growth through efficient supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Production Planning & Demand Management
  • Develop and manage production plans based on sales forecasts and business requirements.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, R&D, QA/QC, and Production teams.
  • Prepare and monitor production schedules.
  • Ensure availability of raw and packaging materials.
  • Lead Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) activities.
  1. Inventory Management
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
  • Monitor stock movement, turnover, and aging.
  • Minimize stock shortages, overstocking, and inventory losses.
  • Conduct inventory analysis and forecasting.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy through regular audits and cycle counts.
  1. Warehouse Operations
  • Oversee receiving, storage, handling, and issuance of materials and finished products.
  • Ensure proper warehouse organization and space utilization.
  • Implement inventory management best practices (FIFO/FEFO).
  • Maintain compliance with GMP, safety, and quality standards.
  • Improve warehouse productivity and operational efficiency.
  1. Logistics & Distribution
  • Manage transportation and distribution operations.
  • Ensure timely product delivery to customers, distributors, retail outlets, and e-commerce fulfillment centers.
  • Monitor logistics performance and service providers.
  • Optimize freight and transportation costs.
  • Ensure proper shipment documentation and tracking.
  1. Process Improvement & Cost Management
Manage warehousing and logistics budgets.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities across the supply chain.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Optimize inventory investment and warehouse productivity.
  1. Reporting & Compliance
  • Generate inventory, warehouse, and logistics performance reports.
  • Monitor key supply chain performance indicators.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, GMP standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support audits, inspections, and risk management activities.

Qualifications:

  • Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in:
  • Industrial Engineering
  • Supply Chain Management
  • Logistics
  • Business Administration
  • Operations Management
or any related field
  • Experience
  • At least 3–5 years of managerial experience in:
  • Production Planning
  • Warehousing
  • Inventory Management
  • Logistics Operations
  • Experience in FMCG, Cosmetics, Personal Care, Pharmaceutical, or Manufacturing industries is highly preferred.
