LOGISTIC MANAGER
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or distribution management
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, transportation planning, and supply chain processes
- Experience in workforce planning, recruitment coordination, and team supervision
- Ability to manage staffing requirements, scheduling, and operational efficiency
- Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and resource optimization within logistics operations
- Experience in route planning and fleet coordination to improve delivery efficiency
- Familiarity with vendor and contractor coordination and basic contract management
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address operational issues and store-related concerns
- Knowledge of safety standards, security protocols, and regulatory compliance in warehouse operations
- Experience in handling incident reporting and maintaining operational safety standards
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales and operations
- Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as required by the role
