About the role
SALON DE ROSE, INC. is seeking a talented HR Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent to support the growth and success of our organization.This position is based in Guadalupe Cebu City, Cebu.
What you'll be doing- Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for open positions
- Sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
- Screening resumes, conducting initial phone and video interviews, and coordinating in-person interviews with hiring managers
- Assessing candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit to identify the best-fit candidates
- Facilitating the hiring process, including coordinating job offers, onboarding, and background checks
- Maintaining an efficient applicant tracking system and providing regular recruitment reports
- Collaborating with the HR team to support employee retention and development initiatives
- 2-4 years of experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, preferably within the Human Resources & Recruitment industry
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and proven ability to source, screen, and select top talent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technology
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
