About the role; We are seeking a highly skilled HR Specialist to join our team at SEG SOLAR GROUP in Cebu, Philippines. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in our organization, overseeing daily of Human Resources, also ensuring effective communication with other department and third parties.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum diploma’s degree is preferred, especially in relevant disciplines.
  2. Has more than 2 years experiences in the field of HR;
  3. Filipino nationals; candidates with experience in local recruitment in Cebu are preferred;
  4. Experience in basic payroll support, attendance management, employee records administration is preferred;
  5. Familiar with the basics of Philippine labor law, statutory benefits and standard employment procedures;
  6. Fluent in English;
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook;
  8. Detail-oriented, execution-driven, with good communication and coordination skills and a strong sense of confidentiality;
  9. Able to adapt to a manufacturing environment and the fast-paced, multi-tasking nature of a factory start-up stage;
  10. Willing to join immediately and work in Phillipines (PHI).

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for conduct end to end-to-end recruitment of local employees in the Philippines;
  2. Establish and maintain employee files, employment contracts, job information, and the basic HR database;
  3. Consolidate attendance, overtime, leave, tardiness and assist in preparing supporting documents for payroll processing;
  4. Assist in processing and maintaining employees’ statutory benefit records, including SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG and TIN/BIR documentation;
  5. Support employee relations management, including new hire orientation, employee communication, disciplinary records, training support, and daily HR inquiries;
  6. Assist in developing and improving local HR processes, forms, policies, and the employee handbook for the Philippines operation;
  7. Liaise with local recruitment platforms, schools, staffing agencies and other talent channels to support rapid hiring needs of the factory;
  8. Perform other HR-related duties assigned by management.
