  1. Recruitment & Selection

Partner with department heads to assess staffing requirements and ensure timely hiring.

Manage job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and hiring recommendations.

Ensure a positive candidate experience and quick turnaround of hiring needs.
  1. Onboarding & Employee Orientation

Conduct onboarding sessions and facilitate smooth transition of new hires.

Ensure orientation materials are updated and aligned with company values and policies.
  1. HR Documentation & Compliance

Prepare, route, and endorse HR documents such as contracts, memos, and notices.

Maintain accurate employee records and monitor compliance with company policies.
  1. Employee Services & Support

Address employee inquiries and concerns at the hub level.

Coordinate benefits processing, timekeeping issues, and policy clarifications with HR Headquarters.
  1. HR Coordination & Reporting

Provide timely updates to HR management on staffing, onboarding, and employee concerns.

Support the implementation of HR programs, engagement activities, and initiatives.

Qualifications/Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as an HR Generalist, Business Partner, or similar role.
  • Knowledge of Philippine labor laws, recruitment practices, HR documentation and administrative procedures.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willing to travel when necessary for recruitment activities.
  • Experience recruiting across various levels and departments is preferred
  • Familiarity with recruiting tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or other job boards.
