Position Overview:
The Business Development & Sales Supervisor is responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding the organization's footprint in the TVET and business advisory sectors. This role combines sales leadership with a strong focus on business development, fostering long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, business development, and partnership management, with a deep understanding of the TVET ecosystem and advisory services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Supervision:
- Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing ones.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
- Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the TVET and business advisory sectors.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Develop and present proposals, business cases, and solutions tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver innovative services and solutions.
- Partnership Development:
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with government agencies, NGOs, educational institutions, and private sector organizations.
- Negotiate and formalize partnership agreements to support the organization's growth objectives.
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote partnerships.
- TVET and Business Advisory:
- Develop and promote TVET programs that align with market demands and industry standards.
- Provide advisory services to clients, including workforce development strategies, capacity building, and skills training solutions.
- Stay updated on global trends and best practices in TVET and business advisory services.
- Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Contribute to the development of the organization's strategic goals and objectives.
- Align sales and business development activities with the company's overall mission and vision.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with business development initiatives.
