Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target markets
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners
- Develop strategies to grow revenue and expand into new areas
- Stay on top of market trends, customer needs, and industry developments
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (R&D, Operations, Sales, Marketing, etc.) to bring ideas to life
- Lead and support initiatives that open new revenue streams
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or related field
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or related roles
- Solid understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, or OEM operations
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident in negotiating and handling business discussions
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and data analysis tools
