HR Generalist
Commonwealth Hospital and Medical Center Quezon City Full-time
We are looking for a proactive and people-centered HR Generalist with strong experience in Learning & Organizational Development (L&OD). The role will support end-to-end HR functions while leading initiatives focused on employee capability building, performance improvement, and organizational effectiveness.
HR Generalist Functions- Support day-to-day HR operations including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and compliance
- Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures aligned with company standards
- Assist in employee engagement programs and HR projects
- Handle employee concerns, investigations, and documentation
- Support performance management cycles, including evaluations and feedback processes
- Design, implement, and evaluate training programs aligned with business needs
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and competency assessments
- Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and leadership development programs
- Manage learning systems and track training effectiveness (ROI, KPIs)
- Support succession planning, career development pathways, and talent management strategies
- Drive organizational culture initiatives and change management efforts
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field
- At least 3–5 years of HR experience, with strong exposure to Learning & Development / OD
- Experience in training facilitation, instructional design, or leadership development is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employee relations
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with experience in training evaluation and reporting
- Proficient in MS Office
