E-Commerce Executive (Tiktok)

E-commerce Strategy & Growth:
Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies aimed at boosting online sales, increasing website traffic, improving conversion rates, and enhancing customer acquisition and retention.
Establish, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rate, average order value (AOV), customer lifetime value (CLV), site traffic, and cart abandonment rates.

Identify emerging market trends and new growth opportunities within the e-commerce sector.

Website Management & Optimization: Oversee daily operations of the e-commerce platform (TikTok), ensuring optimal functionality, security, and uptime.

Manage and optimize product listings-including descriptions, images, pricing, and categorization-to ensure accuracy, consistency, and appeal.

Conduct A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) to enhance sales funnels and overall site performance.

Digital Marketing & Traffic Generation: Design and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive targeted traffic to the online store.

Manage affiliate marketing programs and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners.

Collaborate closely with internal marketing teams to align e-commerce initiatives with broader marketing strategies.

Sales Performance & Data Analysis:
Monitor and analyze critical e-commerce metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and internal dashboards.
Leverage data insights to understand customer behavior, identify purchasing trends, and uncover opportunities for improvement.

Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, marketing ROI, and website health for key stakeholders.

Inventory, Fulfillment & Customer Service Coordination:
Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and inventory teams to ensure product availability, efficient order fulfillment, and timely delivery.
Implement inventory management strategies to reduce stockouts and overstock situations.

Work closely with customer service teams to provide seamless support, promptly address inquiries, and manage returns and exchanges.

Technology & Vendor Management:
Manage partnerships with third-party vendors such as payment gateways, shipping providers, platform solutions, and digital marketing agencies.

Stay current on the latest e-commerce technologies and best practices to maintain a competitive advantage and explore innovative features.

Budget Management:

Oversee the budget for e-commerce initiatives, optimizing expenditures on marketing, platform maintenance, and operations to maximize return on investment (ROI).

  • Experience: At least 2 years in a similar role, with hands-on experience managing TikTok as an e-commerce channel
  • Must be amenable to work onsite daily in BGC
