Executive Assistant to UK Manager
Mabuhay!
I’m Andrea, a Senior Manager and an investor based in London, UK. I’m seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to help me with a variety of tasks over the long term.
About the Role
The Executive Assistant role offers plenty of professional growth and learning opportunities.
You'll receive comprehensive guidance on your tasks, and detailed feedback to support your skill development.
As you excel in this role, you'll gain increased responsibilities including making important decisions independently.
Qualifications- Excellent attention to detail
- Outstanding English skills
- Bachelor's degree
Note: I will consider candidates from any background, including fresh graduates. Previous experience as an Executive Assistant is welcome.
Responsibilities- Executive Support: analyze meeting notes, organize activities, plan gifts for special occasions.
- Recruiting: prepare candidate search briefs, screen and interview applicants.
- Household Management: manage the Housekeeper, order groceries.
Life as My EA
You’ll start as my trusted right hand, but within months, you’ll be running entire operations independently. You'll begin with guided tasks and detailed feedback, then you’ll gradually take ownership of recruiting decisions, household operations, and strategic initiatives.
Your typical day will flow seamlessly between high-level executive support and autonomous project management. When I would like a gift selected for a close friend, you'll research their interests and present thoughtful options. When we're hiring, you'll craft the search strategy and lead initial interviews.
You'll have access to my digital ecosystem—calendar, email accounts, Amazon, British Airways—essentially stepping into my shoes for many decisions.
In our bi-weekly strategy sessions, your insights will shape how we operate. My previous EAs have influenced everything, from our recruiting approach to operational improvements. You won’t just execute tasks; you'll co-create better systems.
Within your first year, you'll likely be managing other team members, making purchasing decisions up to set limits, and representing me in both professional and personal contexts. It will be like having your own executive role within my business and life operations.
How to Apply
Please submit your CV, plus an example of your work or a personal introduction video, ideally both.
If you are shortlisted, I'll reach out to you to discuss the next steps in the hiring process.
