Job Description:
- Ensures the profitability of the stores, project sales targets/forecasts together with the Director for food service.
- Manage the store P&L by tracking expenses against budget, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions.
- Plan, identify, communicate and delegate responsibilities within every store managed and implementation of company standards.
- Ensure that stores follow established operational policies and procedures.
- Ensure all food safety measures are consistently implemented.
- Review and recommend possible improvements to the processes and practices.
- Ensure that all company projects and initiatives are properly coordinated across all stores.
- Assist in identifying and developing strategic short/long term local marketing plans.
- Lead and guide in the delivery of outstanding customer experience.
- Provide coaching and feedback to store staff and assess performance.
- Lead in the development of store staff by identifying skill gaps
- Perform other duties and responsibilities to be assigned by the management.
Job Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (4-year course)
- With at least 3–5 years of experience in the food service or hospitality industry
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proven leadership abilities
- Knowledgeable in regulations and standards related to the hospitality industry
