Food Service Area Manager

Job Description:

• Ensures the profitability of the stores, project sales targets/forecasts together with the Director for food service.
• Manage the store P&L by tracking expenses against budget, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions.
• Plan, identify, communicate and delegate responsibilities within every store managed and implementation of company standards.
• Ensure that stores follow established operational policies and procedures.
• Ensure all food safety measures are consistently implemented.
• Review and recommend possible improvements to the processes and practices.
• Ensure that all company projects and initiatives are properly coordinated across all stores.
• Assist in identifying and developing strategic short/long term local marketing plans.
• Lead and guide in the delivery of outstanding customer experience.
• Provide coaching and feedback to store staff and assess performance.
• Lead in the development of store staff by identifying skill gaps
• Perform other duties and responsibilities to be assigned by the management.

Job Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (4-year course)
• With at least 3–5 years of experience in the food service or hospitality industry
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proven leadership abilities
• Knowledgeable in regulations and standards related to the hospitality industry
