- Prepares mis-en place and other requirements for the Pantry Station.
- Prepares and makes some Dessert items to be served to our guests.
- Assists in the segregation of stocks that are issued to the kitchen
- Prepares accompaniments and condiments of the ordered food
- In- charge on the set up of Dispatching area.
