About the Role:

We’re on the hunt for a resourceful and ambitious Operations Assistant who’s eager to learn, grow, and eventually step into a leadership role. You’ll work directly with the CEO and be exposed to the inner workings of a high-growth BPO start-up—from client management and process improvement to data tracking and team coordination.

What You'll Do
  • Support the CEO in day-to-day operations, including administrative tasks, internal coordination, reporting, and follow-ups.
  • Track key operational metrics and identify areas for process improvement.
  • Assist in setting up systems, SOPs, and workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Coordinate across teams (recruitment, client services, training, etc.) to ensure alignment on deliverables and timelines.
  • Help manage contractor and staff schedules, reports, and resource allocation.
  • Research tools, vendors, and operational best practices to support company growth.
  • Take initiative on small projects and scale them into company-wide improvements.
  • Prepare updates, dashboards, and business insights for internal meetings.

What We're Looking For
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or a similar role within the BPO environment.
  • Sharp attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Analytical mindset with basic skills in Excel or Google Sheets (Power BI, Asana, or Airtable experience is a plus)
  • Eager to learn and grow into a Senior operations management role over time.
  • A self-starter with excellent communication and follow-through.
  • Someone who can thrive in a startup environment—flexible, fast, and fearless.
  • Can work onsite in our office in Makati but also amenable to travel when needed
