Accounting Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and record daily financial transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain general ledger accounts and reconcile balances.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Generate financial statements, reports, and summaries for management.
• Assist with internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
• Ensure all financial practices comply with company policies and relevant laws/regulations.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoice verification and payment processing.
• Support month-end and year-end close procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of financial data and documentation.
• Contribute to the improvement of accounting systems and processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and principles (e.g., GAAP or IFRS).
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good command of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
• Ability to work well both independently and in a team
• With work experience in food manufacturing industry
