Overview:We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager who will oversee the overall accounting functions of the company. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and experienced in managing all aspects of accounting operations, from payables and receivables to financial reporting and branch oversight.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Cash / Funds Management:
- Perform bank reconciliation for all company bank accounts
- Process and monitor revolving funds and petty cash
- Review monthly summary of remittance and collection reports
Payables Management:
- Monitor aging of accounts payable (internal and external)
- Track and manage Days Payable Outstanding (DPO)
- Review supplier credit terms
- Handle miscellaneous accounts payable
- Monitor accrued government payables (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, etc.)
- Monitor accrued payroll salaries
- Process BIR-related payables (Output VAT, withholding tax, income tax)
- Monitor long-term payables
Receivables Management:
- Monitor aging of accounts receivables (internal and external)
- Track Days Sales Outstanding (DSO)
- Review customer credit terms
- Handle miscellaneous receivables
- Monitor BIR input payables
- Oversee sales accounting, invoicing, and sales summary reporting
Branch Accounting:
- Supervise the admin and finance functions of all branches
Financial Management:
- Prepare and analyze key financial statements:
- Balance Sheet
- Income Statement
- Cash Flow Statement
- Conduct comparative analysis vs. budget and prior year
- Analyze sales vs. cost of sales
- Review and validate cost of sales
Other Account Management:
- Oversee entries and monitoring for:
- Security deposits
- Miscellaneous vatable and non-vatable sales
- Cost of miscellaneous sales (vatable and non-vatable)
- Gain or loss on sale of fixed assets
- Interest expenses
- Dividends earned
- Prepayments
- Due to and from employees
- Competitive compensation package

Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS in Accountancy or BSBA major in Accounting Management
- With 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, BIR compliance, and financial analysis
- Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- CPA is a plus but not required
