- Expected salary: ₱25,000 - ₱30,000 per month
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Business Development Officer is mainly responsible for developing and implementing strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and overall company objectives.- Identifying New Opportunities
§ Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
§ Generating qualified leads through cold calling, networking, and other lead sourcing strategies
§ Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and sales pitches to prospective clients tailored to their needs
§ Lead and manage projects, including risk management, monitoring, and team coordination.
§ Analyzing emerging industry trends to discover areas of opportunity- Building and Maintaining Client Relationships
§ Build and maintain relationships with clients.
§ Networking to establish connections with new potential clients
§ Ensuring client feedback is communicated and implemented where appropriate- Representing the Company
§ Attending conferences and industry events to promote the company
§ Acting as a brand ambassador and upholding the organization’s reputation- Perform other administrative tasks and duties as assigned by the company
JOB SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
§ At least 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, with exposure to both B2B and B2C environments
§ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities
§ Willing and able to travel as required; must be open to working in Makati
§ Proven sales acumen with a solid understanding of the sales cycle
§ Skilled in delivering effective and engaging presentations
§ Both creative and analytical, with the ability to interpret data and sales metrics to drive strategy and improvements
§ Strong project management capabilities, including leadership, risk assessment, progress tracking, and team coordination
§ Demonstrated ability to build client relationships and successfully close deals
§ Highly proficient in managing and tracking leads and prospects throughout the sales funnel
