JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Sales Manager with a strong background in design and building materials to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. This is a strategic leadership role that involves working closely with the design and marketing departments to align sales initiatives with our overall business goals.
KEY RESPOSIBILITIES- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet company targets
- Identify new business opportunities and customer needs
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals
- Conduct product and sales training to improve team capabilities
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Collaborate with the design team to understand product features and innovations
- Provide market and client feedback to improve product offerings
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the market
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management
- Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a senior sales role (experience in building materials, construction, or design is a plus)
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Willing to work on-site in BGC, Taguig City
- Willing to start ASAP
