Head Of Operations

We’re looking for an experienced Head of Operations to lead the strategy and day-to-day operations of a multi-property hotel group. This role is ideal for a hands-on hospitality leader with a strong turnaround background, who can rebuild systems, improve profitability, and drive consistent service standards across properties.

You will oversee eight hotels, working closely with owners and senior leaders to strengthen operations, optimize performance, and support long-term growth in a family-owned business environment.

• Lead operations across all properties, ensuring consistent service quality, SOPs, KPIs, and guest satisfaction
• Drive turnaround initiatives through cost control, revenue optimization, and operational restructuring
• Oversee pre-opening and reopening projects, including staffing, systems setup, suppliers, and compliance
• Build and strengthen core operating systems, reporting, and cross-functional teams
• Partner closely with owners and leadership, providing clear reporting and sound operational judgment

• 10–15 years of hotel operations experience, with at least 5 years in a senior or multi-property leadership role
• Proven success in hotel turnaround and financial recovery
• Strong background across Rooms, F&B, Engineering, and Housekeeping
• Solid financial acumen, including budgeting, P&L management, and revenue optimization
• Willing to travel across properties in the Philippines
• Hospitality degree preferred; international exposure is a plus
