Join our team as an Operational Excellence Officer and play a vital role in improving processes, aligning systems, and ensuring operational efficiency across departments. You’ll help streamline workflows, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and support the integration of systems like SAP into daily operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate cross-departmental efforts to enhance system efficiency and alignment.
• Conduct workflow analyses, time-motion studies, and process mapping.
• Support the rollout and optimization of business systems (e.g., SAP).
• Provide data-driven recommendations and reports to management.

Qualifications/Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in process improvement or systems management.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent teamwork, collaboration, and communication abilities.
• Proactive and dependable, with strong ownership of outcomes.
