A Recruitment Specialist manages the end-to-end hiring process, from identifying talent needs to onboarding. Their core roles include sourcing candidates via job boards/social media, screening resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and extending job offers.They ensure a quality candidate experience while filling vacancies efficiently.
What You’ll Do:
- Sourcing & Advertising: Posting job ads, attending career fairs, and networking to build a talent pipeline.
- Screening & Selection: Reviewing resumes and conducting initial phone or video interviews to shortlist candidates.
- Hiring Manager Collaboration: Partnering with managers to define job requirements, interview criteria, and salary expectations.
- Candidate Experience: Managing communications with applicants throughout the hiring cycle to ensure a positive experience.
- Negotiation & Closing: Discussing employment terms, conducting background checks, and extending offers.
Who You Are:
- Organized, energetic, and creative in finding talent
- A graduate of HRDM, Psychology, or any related course
- Licensed Psychometrician is a plus
- With at least 3-5 years of experience in recruitment
