HR RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST (WITH EXPERIENCE)
We are looking for an experienced HR Recruitment Specialist to support hiring needs for construction and technical roles.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for skilled workers, engineers, and project staff
- Source candidates through Mynimo and other job platforms
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate with project managers regarding manpower requirements
- Handle bulk hiring for site-based roles when needed
- Maintain recruitment records and reports
- Ensure timely hiring to meet project deadlines
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
- Proven recruitment experience, preferably in construction or engineering
- Familiarity with hiring skilled and technical workers
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
