Recruitment Specialist (Project-Based | Work From Home)

We are currently looking for experienced Recruitment Specialists to support a high-volume hiring project. This is a project-based opportunity ideal for recruiters who are confident in sourcing and endorsing qualified candidates efficiently.

We are hiring 8 recruiters to join this project.

About the role

You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and endorsing candidates based on client requirements. This role is best suited for recruiters who are comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and can manage multiple candidates at different stages of the recruitment process.

• Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels
• Conduct initial screening and assessment of candidates
• Endorse qualified candidates aligned with client requirements
• Maintain proper tracking of candidates and updates
• Work closely with the internal team to meet hiring targets
• Achieve monthly hiring targets of 10-20 successful hires per month

• Proven experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)
• Minimum 1-2 years of recruitment experience required
• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with different recruitment platforms
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Good communication and screening skills
• Experience in high-volume hiring is highly preferred

• Windows laptop/desktop with at least Intel i5 11th generation, or Mac with M1 chip or higher
• Minimum 8GB RAM and 500GB SSD storage
• Working web camera and headset
• Stable internet connection with at least 50 Mbps speed

• Project-based engagement
• Expected project duration of 1-2 months or until the hiring target is met
• Work from home
• Candidates will use their own equipment

• Up to ₱30,000 per month for the duration of the project
