Recruitment Associate / Specialist / Team Lead

MMML RECRUITMENT SERVICES, INC. is hiring for the following Recruitment positions:

• Manage job portals and screen incoming applications
• Perform administrative tasks (emails, reports, document validation)
• Conduct pre-screening and initial interviews
• Follow up with candidates and assist with onboarding/orientation
• Maintain and update candidate database
• Support recruitment team and meet KPIs/targets
• Monitor competitor activity and handle ad hoc tasks

• Post job ads on job portals and social media platforms
• Source and engage candidates through job portals and events
• Conduct pre-screening and initial interviews
• Coordinate interviews and recruitment activities
• Track hiring metrics and maintain accurate recruitment reports
• Manage candidate communication, follow-ups, and job offers
• Ensure compliance with employment laws (including POEA regulations)
• Maintain candidate database and complete recruitment documentation
• Facilitate applicant orientations and coordinate with partner institutions
• Monitor recruitment trends and submit timely reports
• Perform additional tasks as assigned and maintain punctual attendance

• Supervise, coach, and support recruiters; manage daily team activities
• Monitor performance, conduct coaching sessions, and deliver regular reports
• Implement recruitment plans and optimize sourcing strategies for Filipino USRNs
• Oversee full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and endorsement
• Ensure compliance with U.S. hiring standards and proper documentation
• Track KPIs, analyze performance data, and provide actionable insights to leadership
