Qualifications/Requirements

Application Development Specialist (Culinary)

Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Food Technology, Food Science or any related field
Strong understanding of food preparation methods, preservation techniques and ingredients interactions
Able to design and evaluate flavors and textures
Effective communication skills for both technical reporting and cross-functional collaboration
Familiar with food safety regulations and quality standards

Application Development Specialist (Pastry)

Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Food Technology, Food Science or any related field
Strong background in pastry and dessert formulation
Deep knowledge of ingredient functionality in pastry
Effective communication skills for both technical reporting and cross-functional collaboration
Familiar with food safety regulations and quality standards

New Product Development Specialist

Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Food Technology, Food Science or any related field
Familiar with different kinds of food preparation and food preservation methods, analysis and food processing equipment
Strong knowledge of industry regulations and food safety standards
Effective communication skills for both technical reporting and cross-functional collaboration

Product Improvement Lead Specialist

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Food Technology or any related field
Preferably a Licensed Chemist/ Food Technologist/ Chemical Technician
Able to operate electrical and non-electrical laboratory equipment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong oral and written communication skills
Attention to detail
