R&D CHEMIST

We are looking for a Licensed Chemist to join our Research and Development team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the development of new and reformulated products, ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the full development process of new and reformulated products
Conduct laboratory experiments, chemical analysis, and testing (qualitative & quantitative)
Perform lab-scale work and supervise pilot production runs
Monitor and evaluate product costs and feasibility
Conduct routine and advanced laboratory testing
Prepare samples for biological, efficacy, and safety testing
Support internal and field research and product evaluation
Gather and prepare documentation for FDA regulatory submissions
Develop and maintain:
Product specifications (raw materials & packaging)
Product labeling content
Master formulations
Conduct stability testing for finished products
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and management

Qualifications

Must be a Licensed Chemist (PRC Licensed)
Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or related field
Preferably with experience in:
Research & Development
Manufacturing or FMCG industry
Laboratory testing and product formulation
Strong knowledge of FDA regulations and documentation is an advantage
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Able to work independently and supervise technical staff
