PRODUCT DATABASE EXECUTIVE (PDE)

Job Description

The Product & Database Executive (PDE) is part of the Commercial Department at Khiri Travel Philippines, a hive of creative and commercial activity. As a product-driven company, the Product and Database Department is at the heart of Khiri Travel Philippines.
Our clients are specialist tour operators from around the world and it is our job to keep our products innovative, up-to-date, and competitive. The PDE supports the team by preparing products in our system, requesting contracts, benchmark pricing and quality, and maintaining supplier relations.

This job is a great entry position, and we hire on attitude and train for skills.

Reporting to: General Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Group Product Coordinator in ensuring all travel products align with customer needs, market trends, and overall commercial goals
  • Maintain consistency, accuracy, and quality of product content, categorization, and presentation across all destinations
  • Ensure all products reflect and uphold the company’s mission, purpose, and sustainability values
  • Utilize company systems and data tools (including K360) to analyze product performance and support strategic product management
  • Collaborate with country teams to identify growth opportunities, enhance high-performing products, and improve or phase out underperforming ones
  • Prepare regular product performance reports highlighting productivity, trends, and areas requiring improvement
  • Work with country General Managers to create and deliver product updates, webinars, and training materials for both internal teams and external partners
  • Collaborate with the Core Team to identify challenges in product, sustainability or operational workflows and support solutions that enhance overall performance
  • Provide the marketing team with accurate, engaging, and up-to-date product content for partner communications and various marketing platforms
  • Prepare product guidelines, best-practice documents, and training materials to support all teams
  • Provide administrative support for product-related projects and initiatives
  • Act as a brand ambassador by embodying and promoting the company’s values, purpose, and value proposition in all internal and external interactions
  • Support periodical projects, such as special requests and annual tariff updates
  • Work with the Commercial Team on adhoc projects including product research and development.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field (or relevant experience).
  • 2-3 years of experience in hospitality or tourism industry sector
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret product performance data
  • Excellent English communication skills and ability to coordinate across diverse teams
  • High attention to detail, especially in product content and presentation
  • Passion for sustainable tourism and culturally respectful travel experiences
  • Can work well under pressure and be able to meet deadlines
  • Sense of urgency and ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision
