About the Role

We're expanding our Cebu sales team and looking for a driven Business Development Executive | Corporate Relationship Manager to focus on new business acquisition. This is a target-driven, field sales role suited for ambitious hunters who thrive on prospecting, cold outreach, building relationships, and closing new B2B business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new B2B clients through daily cold calling, structured field visits, networking, and social selling.
  • Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using our CRM system.
  • Proactively identify new sales opportunities and deliver compelling presentations showcasing Cartrack's innovative telematics solutions.
  • Understand customer challenges, prepare tailored commercial proposals, negotiate, and close new business.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while contributing to the overall growth of the business.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' proven B2B sales experience, preferably in a hunter or new business development role.
  • Strong experience in cold calling, lead generation, prospecting, and face-to-face client engagement.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the ability to provide tailored customer solutions.
  • Willingness to travel daily within Cebu and surrounding areas to meet clients.
